Affordable phone with a great price

How to change your plan
Am I getting tired of it, or am I evolving into a hacker (?)… I try a plan and change it if I don’t like it, change it again when the main means of transportation change, change it again when I make a lot of phone calls due to work, and this is how it goes for 1 year 3 I’ve already changed my plan 4 or 5 times in a month. So, changing the plan, which was a little burdensome at first, became so easy.

↓ Open the KT M mobile app
Press My Page→Pricing/Additional Services→Change Plan.
↓ Then, various rate plans appear.
If you press the v on the right, a sub-rate plan for each item appears.

After choosing a plan you like, click the ‘Change Plan’ button at the bottom.

②Call to change
Before the app reshuffle this spring, this was the only way I could do it, so whenever I changed my plan, I called an agent (press 114 to connect). So, after choosing a plan in the app in advance, I talked to the counselor about the plan I wanted to change. Then, the agent checks if the change is possible and changes it immediately.
When changing from plan A to plan B, the service of both plans is calculated on a pro-rata basis so that you can use it for the remaining days (of course, it doesn’t matter as long as you have unlimited calls or texts). That’s why the plan can only be changed once a month.
Now, it is possible to change it quickly in the app, but as soon as the call is connected, it is changed immediately after the call is finished (calls are usually connected within 1 to 3 minutes) If you are bothered by everything (?), this method is also recommended: D
