Since it is impossible to determine the land price of all land nationwide, the official standard land price refers to determining the standard land and setting the price of the land. The standard lot is selected from among the lands that are generally recognized as having similar land use situation, surrounding environment, and other natural and social conditions (500,000 lands). Individual published price
Based on the standard official land price publicly announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport every year, the mayor/gun may inspect, calculate, and verify individual land based on the standard official land price announced annually by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for land subject to national and local taxes. It refers to the price per unit area (KRW/m2) of individual land that is determined and disclosed. The ‘individual official land price’ determined in this way becomes the standard for the imposition of national and local taxes and various charges incurred by owning silver land and apartments.
