I wanted to write a lot of words on the reason for applying for the resignation letter. I didn’t want to compress my hardship with one sentence: ‘I’m leaving for personal reasons.’ Above all, I wanted to convey that the company has a personal reason. He abused his position as a senior officer to treat new employees like a limb, the team leader who protected him, the human resources team leader who tried to unilaterally prevent new employees from leaving the company, and the vice president who threatened new employees using his own network.
I was able to sleep comfortably without IV injections until my resignation letter was approved and my resignation date was confirmed. Most people treated new employees with a blurry department atmosphere as invisible, but I supported my colleagues and some people who knew my situation for the future.
For me, who has a small heart of beef brisket, the first resignation was the most difficult ever, and now that I am living as another new employee, I feel sorry why I couldn’t feel comfortable at that time.
